I have 3 days in which I can exercise the minimum 2 hours per day. I'm working from home most of the week. There are no plans to eat, drink or be merry. It's time to play catch up and hopefully break some new ground before my birthday dinner in a few weeks. I'd really like to get down one more size so I can fit into this dress I bought last year.
It's cold outside. It's almost as if winter is trying to reclaim some ground here.
