Not happy about this and don't care who knows.
I ate about 1500 calories yesterday. I walked EIGHT AND A HALF MILES. All of that was at a pace that made me sweat. 5.5 of it in the morning, 3 in the evening. I burned over 1000 calories according to my app. There should be NO reason for a gain, and EVERY reason for significant loss.
Once again, thcalories in, calories out? My ass!
