I was actually sort of surprised by this.

I did move all day yesterday. Once I started my spring cleaning, I didn't stop until I was just spent, leaving the mopping of two areas, the super vacuuming from top to bottom, and a couple of closets. Otherwise, every window in the house, bathroom and kitchen floors scrubbed twice on hands and knees, winter clothes packed, every surface from ceiling to floor dusted in 60% of the house. Thus, there were a lot of stairs traversed and much 'up and down' on the step stool and from the floor. I barely stopped to eat some almonds and 1/2 pear and then had my BLT salad for dinner. I took the PGx I just got before both meals.

I guess so far I can say it is as advertised where fiber is concerned. I'm not sure how I would gauge the blood sugar stabilization as I do not check blood sugar levels. I'll be able to report on weather it aids in weight loss, though.

Last night DH commented that we should go for our evening walk as we had both either been losing (him) or holding steady/losing (me) for the last few days and if it works, don't mess with the routine. However, my feet were just aching and I didn't have it in me. I didn't' do yoga either. I never took a break. It seems to be ok though, at least for me. I haven't talked to him yet today to see what the scale told him. Tonight we won't be able to walk as it's raining and the forecast says this will continue through tomorrow. Maybe I can convince him to do the more difficult yoga with me tonight. If not I may just have to do treadmill. Maybe both. We also just got the new Wii Dance 3, which I tried the other day. It might be fun to dan

I struggled with my weight for over 20 years. I tried everything to lose weight. Yes, I did 'eat less, move more' repeatedly, convinced that doing the same thing over and over would someone yield different results. Desperate, having diligently done all the 'right' things and being told by several doctors that there was nothing wrong with me except that I wasn't trying hard enough, in 2009 I tried what seemed crazy: Dr. Simeons Hcg protocol. I lost 85 lb.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Ashley:
"My husband and I took Kim’s HypnoBirthing class in preparation for the birth of our first child. Right away we could tell that Kim was incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping families have the best birthing experience possible. I really looked forward to our weekly class sessions which left us both feeling confident and excited about our upcoming birth. I learned that hypnosis was not some strange or foreign thing; but that it was in fact something we can already do instinctively and can easily learn how to bring ourselves into a deep relaxation."
