Another night with too little sleep!
Weigh-in was at 5:30 am again. That is just too early.
Yesterday was the same, and I was a zombie all day. I could not function. I was scatterbrained at work, and when I came home, I ate a late lunch (I think it was like 2:30...but it's a fog) and crashed. I slept for maybe an hour, but never did feel right.
We went for a walk, but it was damn cold and very windy, so only walked a mile and a half.
Then we came home and had a late dinner. I know it was after 7...perhaps closer to 7:30.
I had 1/2 apple in the morning, 1 cup of tuna and 2 pieces of string cheese for lunch. For dinner I had two 4" quinoa patties and maybe a cup of green beans, both with abundant amounts of olive oil.
I have no idea how I'm going to get through the day. I have no idea how DH functions on this amount of sleep every day.
It's raining today and will all day, so who knows what I will get for exercise.
I struggled with my weight for over 20 years. I tried everything to lose weight. Yes, I did 'eat less, move more' repeatedly, convinced that doing the same thing over and over would someone yield different results. Desperate, having diligently done all the 'right' things and being told by several doctors that there was nothing wrong with me except that I wasn't trying hard enough, in 2009 I tried what seemed crazy: Dr. Simeons Hcg protocol. I lost 85 lb.
