It looked like it could be 2-3 lb. on the analog, sos I'm not going near the Wii today.
Every Monday except one I've been up on Mondays. I could copy and paste everything from last week's Monday post here...no sleep, up and weighing too early, no exercise during the weekend...and then add that we ate at Lola's on the Lake for lunch. That wasn't the plan. The plan was to go to Lake Street Cafe where I enjoy a particular salad, but they were closed. Well, actually, the first selection was The Forest House near where we were going to go hiking, but when we called to find out about a lunch menu the phone was disconnected. Essentially, nothing went the way it was supposed to all day. In any case, by the time we settled on Lola's, I was famished and a salad just wasn't going to do. I picked a panini. I drank water. None of us had desert. I gave my chips to my husband and daughter. Because we ate lunch much later than we planned, we did not eat dinner. Thus, that one sandwich is the root cause of this unfortunate gain. Hopefully I'll be home by 2 or 3 pm and can get both a nap and then treadmill time in. According to the weekly schedule as it stands now, I should have tomorrow and Wednesday to write, so I can work in a workout both days. Thursday I have one appointment that, of course, is going to have me up at 5:30 am again, but hopefully I can get right home and also get a workout fit into that day. I hope to get the book revisions finished as well. Once those changes get paste my editor and she makes her own suggestions, I'll make those changes and format. I am getting near the finish line! Now...just to get this weight down where I want it and keep it down!

DH is up .9 and has suggested that Wii is playing an April Fool's joke, since neither of us should be up.
I did not log food yesterday. It was within the realm of normal. There has got to be a point at which I can stop logging every damn thing. I mean, I was still doing some sort of math in my head, and the carb count was still minimal, but I didn't record it all in my We did yoga, but only about a 1/2 hour's worth. Yeah. There is not reason either of us should be up. The sun is just now coming out, so hopefully it will warm up enough to get outside. |
AuthorI struggled with my weight for over 20 years. I tried everything to lose weight. Yes, I did 'eat less, move more' repeatedly, convinced that doing the same thing over and over would someone yield different results. Desperate, having diligently done all the 'right' things and being told by several doctors that there was nothing wrong with me except that I wasn't trying hard enough, in 2009 I tried what seemed crazy: Dr. Simeons Hcg protocol. I lost 85 lb. Archives
