At this time, I do not have plans for a class schedule. 2020 changed many things for me, and one of those is that I no longer have a venue. That didn't really matter so much in 2020 as I moved all content to virtual, private consultation.

Frankly, I didn't mind that so much! It didn't seem clients did either. 

Who knows what this year will bring? For now, I'm sticking with this format.

I have been teaching imagery for childbirth, and then hypnosis for childbirth, for 30 years, so my classes will still be informed from a mindfulness childbirth paradigm. I was also certified in hypnosis for about 20 years, so I have the skills to teach what you need to know for your birth. 

My (semi) retirement is comes at a time in my life when keeping up with certification expenses costs more than I earn living in this small town.  I don't need another expensive hobby! I'm already a knitter. LOL

My 2nd book is a workbook, and I'm focusing on mentoring/teaching private classes that can be customized to meet the needs of the parents.

The fee for virtual consultation is $20 per hour. All content and materials are customized to you. This does NOT include a textbook. 

Massage therapists, prenatal yoga instructors, chiropractors, pregnancy boutiques, doulas, midwives, hospitals...we serve the same population. Contact me if you'd like to discuss how we might work together to provide a more varied array of options for healthier pregnancy and gentler birth! 

I also do free guest presentations regarding natural birth options and the mind/body for local universities and colleges.

Classes may be group or individual, depending on demand at any given time. In either case, the content will be mutually agreed upon and customized.
